Technical depth shaped by more than 15 years in IT
My experience has developed progressively across support, systems administration, enterprise engineering, business applications, and technical leadership.
Over the past 15+ years, I have helped organisations design, modernise, secure, and support Microsoft-based enterprise environments. My journey began with hands-on technical support and infrastructure administration, before progressing into systems engineering, senior technical ownership, and leadership of business-critical applications and platforms.
This broad progression allows me to combine deep technical expertise with a clear understanding of operational priorities and business impact. I have designed highly available Active Directory environments, supported Windows Server and Microsoft 365 platforms, automated administrative processes with PowerShell, strengthened security and resilience, improved monitoring and recoverability, and guided complex infrastructure and application initiatives from planning through delivery.
